EATING
These Australian Southern Rock Lobster (Crayfish) are wild-caught off the South Australia coast, pre-cooked whole and then frozen down. Exceptionally tasty, premium-quality fish, they are the same species as Crayfish harvested in New Zealand waters. You can eat these Crayfish at room temperature after defrosting them, or reheat them on the BBQ or under the grill.

Store in the freezer and defrost before eating.
