Online Retail Returns and Refund Policy

Sales via our online store are final. Due to the perishable nature of the seafood we sell, returns are not possible.

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. We can’t issue refunds on orders if we’ve been supplied with the incorrect delivery address, and goods cannot be recalled once they have left on our courier service.

We will of course refund or replace products if we made a mistake with your order. If you receive a delivery from us that includes product you did not order, or you believe product is spoiled or damaged, contact us at harbourfish@harbourfish.co.nz as soon as possible (or no later than 24 hours after receiving your delivery).

We may require photos of the problem from you for our records, or need to arrange for the product to be shipped back to us (at our cost), before we can process the refund, or ship replacement product.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, we will do our very best to sort out a mutually agreeable solution as quickly and efficiently as possible for you.
