EATING
Flounder is part of the flatfish family, along with Lemon Sole and NZ Sole. They are a mild, delicate fish, that are best fried or baked whole. Our whole fish are sold gutted and individually.

STORING
Keep whole fish in an airtight container or wrapped in plastic wrap in the coldest part of your fridge. Whole fish will keep for a couple of days in the fridge, but they won’t keep as long as fillets will. The eyes and skin of your whole fish dulling is a sign they are ageing.

Otago-Southland coast.

We also deliver to the Otago Peninsula (including Otakou) daily, Mon – Fri.
