King’s Fishmarket has joined the Harbour Fish family.

After a long involvement with the seafood industry in Southland of more than 100 years, and more than 50 years at the Ythan Street site in Invercargill, the King family have partnered with Harbour Fish.

Started in Otago, and operating since 2003, Harbour Fish are seafood specialists with long-standing retail stores in Dunedin and Queenstown.

The King’s Fishmarket store, takeaway and factory are now operating as Harbour Fish. Greg, Barbara and the rest of the team are still on-site in Invercargill, offering fresh-cooked fish and chips, and a now wider-range of seafood retail.

They’re still producing the same delicious hot and cold smoked salmon and fish. You’ll continue to find the King’s smoked range in-store in selected supermarkets and retailers across the country, as well as the new Harbour Fish smoked fish range in-store in Dunedin, Queenstown and Invercargill.
