Online Retail Returns and Refund Policy

Sales via our online store are final. Due to the perishable nature of the seafood we sell, returns are not possible.

Please make sure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout. We can’t issue refunds on orders if we’ve been supplied with the incorrect delivery address, and goods cannot be recalled once they have left on our courier service. We are not able to ship to rural delivery addresses, as the services are not overnight, and our goods won’t arrive in a chilled/frozen state.

We will of course refund or replace products if we’ve made a mistake with your order. If you receive a delivery from us that includes product you did not order, or you believe product is spoiled or damaged, contact us at harbourfish@harbourfish.co.nz within a reasonable timeframe (taking into account the perishable nature of our product).

If you’re unhappy with your purchase and contact us within a reasonable timeframe (taking into account the perishable nature of our product) we will do our very best to sort out a mutually agreeable solution as quickly and efficiently as possible for you. In order to reach a solution as quickly as possible, we may require photos of the problem for our records, or we may need to arrange for the product to be shipped back to us (at our cost), if you are unable to return the product in person.
