EATING
Sea Perch is a lean, mild, slightly sweet fish with a medium texture. It’s suitable for most cooking methods. This frozen Sea Perch is skinless, boneless and free-flow frozen. It’s packaged in a 1kg bag.

STORING
Store in the freezer until you’re ready to use it. It's best defrosted in the fridge. If you're short on time, submerge the sealed bag in in water that's a bit cooler than room temperature. Change the water every 20-30 minutes and weight the fish down so it's fully submerged in the water (not bobbing about).
