- Our orders are processed through Fresho, you need to 'SIGN Up' to make an account for your first order OR login to your existing account.
- Our fresh fish fillet prices are in KG weights. Only after 500g? Put ‘.5’ in the box when making an order.
- You can order Whole Fish by KG or by number of fish - 'each'. The ‘each’ price won’t show in your cart, so please refer to the KG price and average fish weight range for an approximate idea of what your 'each' fish will cost.

EATINGGurnard is a medium-firm fleshed fish that holds together well when cooked. It's suitable for most cooking styles - baking, frying, poaching and steaming. Very fresh gurnard makes great ceviche/sashimi and it's our favourite fish for tacos. Bring fish up to room temperature (just like meat) before cooking for best results.
STORINGFresh fish fillets are best stored in an airtight container in the coldest part of your fridge. Drain excess liquid from the container daily to prevent the fish from spoiling. Our online orders are packed in a home-compostable vacuum pack, and suitable to be stored in the fridge as you receive them for a day or two. Our vacuum pack parcels are suitable for freezing for a maximum of two months, if you'd like to freeze fish longer than this please re-pack it.
